1) Manage, Develop and coordinate the execution for Design activities in general, specifically of Venues and ISEs. RFDS creation, Atoll simulations, Walk Test Analysis by TEMS. Overall; he\she needs to be responsible of the end to end quality of the final product which will be transfered to the performance team.
2) Attend regular modification meeting to coordinate with the Program Manager, Provide updates, escalate issues, drive for results, improve implementation process guidelines, and manage RF Engineering contractors.
3) Develop recommendations for modificaitons on existing ISE sites that will help the market achieve corporate performance initiatives through technical investigation\analysis and by mentoring less experienced engineers.
4) Act independently under very general direction on complex system performance, equipment, problem solving, project management and vendor interface.
5) Coordinate provisioning of coverage and capacity requirements for ISE\Venue design.
6) Keep the databases updated with 100% accuracy and in a timely manner. Coordinate between Design, RF performance and the DT group to support database accuracy on ATOLL, NTD, IPLAN and CSS.

Qualifications

1) Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) and 4+ years of progressive successful development as an RF engineer.
2) Candidate must have strong organizational, interpersonal project management skills on operational aspects of the network. Excellent communicator.
3) Ability to work under pressure and with aggressive timelimes
4) The candidate should have strong design experience on Ericsson platform.
5) Ability to prepare presentations and present high level reports and strategies to market management
6) Solid Design experience with ISE and Venues.
7) Experienced in voice and data performance optimization in UMTS and GSM.
8) UMTS multi Layer management and traffic management.
9) Mapinfo & Excel Expert level.
10) Fast adaptation to new technologies
Desired:
1) Experience with I-wave tool.
2) Experienced with UMTS network on Ericsson Platform
3) Master Degree in EE or equivalent
4) Familiarity with Ericsson OSS
