Required Skills and Degrees
1) Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) and 3+ years of progressive successful development as an RF engineer.
2) Candidate must have strong organizational, interpersonal project management skills on operational aspects of the network. Excellent communicator.
3) Ability to work under pressure and with aggressive timelimes
4) The candidate should have strong design experience on Ericsson platform.
5) Ability to prepare presentations and present high level reports and strategies to market management
6) Strong Design experience with Atoll
7) Experienced in voice and data performance optimization in UMTS and GSM.
8) Mapinfo & Excel Expert level.
9) Fast adaptation to new technologies
Prefered Skills
1) Experience with AT&T database structures.
2) Experienced with UMTS network on Ericsson Platform
3) Master Degree in EE or equivalent
4) Familiarity with Ericsson OSS
